The Right To Access (Article 15)

You have the right to request access to personal data and information that we have stored. You also have the right to ask how your data is stored and processed. You have the right to be informed about the details about the processing, the purpose of processing and how the data is acquired.

If you are no longer a member or customer of our site/company, or if you would like to withdrawal your consent for us to use your personal data, then you have the right to request erasure of personal data.

If you unsubscribe from our mailing list or newsletters, you will immediately stop receiving emails from us. In addition, we completely delete all data to those who unsubscribe.

We gather data through Google Analytics to allow us to see where our website visitors are coming from. This allows us to see if they are coming from other websites, search engines, or certain search phrases. However, this information does not identify the individual, but gathered as a whole.

We collect your data when you subscribe to our newsletters. This is gathered from you “opting in” to our email list. If you are a member of one of our products we collect a username and password for you to use to gain access to the product(s). Additionally, we also store the IP address and date you joined. We need this information to provide proof you opted in to our newsletter or email list and gave consent. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located on every one of our newsletters.

If you subscribe to any of our newsletters or email lists, then we collect data on the open rates of our subscribers and click-through rates from our emails sent so that we know what subject/topics our subscribers are of most interest. When you opt-in to our newsletters, product/member updates, etc. we give complete and clear details on those opt-in pages, so that you know consent is freely given to join our list. You can easily unsubscribe at either time, by unsubscribing from the unsubscribe link located in the newsletter or by contacting us directly. 

We also collect data for determining which webpage is visited more and how many sales were made. We gather this information to determine which products and price points are of most interest to our website visitors so that we can grow our business in a market driven fashion.

In the case of a data breach which your personal data is compromised, you will be notified within 72 hours of us becoming aware of the data breach. We use SiteLock which routinely scans our site every week for issues.
